Hasan AKSOY, Chairman of the Board of Directors of BOLÇİ ÇİKOLATA A.Ş., the owner of the BOLÇİ brand, holds a certificate from the world's most respected food training centres on chocolate and bakery products. It took about 1 year to create the special formula that distinguishes Bolu Chocolate from its imitations, as a result of the work carried out by Hasan Aksoy and experts. The highest quality products have been preferred from the beginning for the nuts and chocolates used in Bolu Chocolate products, where natural raw materials are carefully selected. This quality and trust approach is one of the indispensables of BOLÇİ. BOLÇİ, which acts with the understanding of top quality raw materials in all product types, aims to continuously produce quality products with happy employees by prioritising food safety in its state-of-the-art technology factory. BOLÇİ does not contain alcohol, lard and chemical derivatives.
BOLÇİ, which started in 1998 with the production of special Bolu Chocolate in a 16m^2 production area, is today a brand with a capacity of 250 tonnes per month in its 16300m^2 state-of-the-art technology factory and exports to 22 countries. The factory employs 350 employees, all of whom are employed through pre-training. Food safety conditions are maintained at all stages from raw material supply to the market and the freshness of the product is prioritised.
It has been 22 years since this story started with the combination of chocolate and crocha obtained from Bolu's fresh mountain hazelnuts in a small container. ‘It is a matter of pride to be a Turkish chocolate producer with sales in more than 70 provinces in Turkey and 22 countries, and to become a big brand with millions of ‘Bolçisever’ adding strength to its power.
